Lanford Consulting was founded in 2022 by Rob Lanskey and Shane Ford in response to an emerging need for construction based administration and project management services in a depleted labour market. Rob and Shane's business model has it's foundations in a combined 40 years experience in all areas of construction and in unique in it's offering to the industry.

As a company, we aim to offer flexible solutions to shortfalls in staffing and project management services when fast, reliable and quality resources are lacking.

Being in the construction industry for over 20 years, we are aware that not all projects go to plan and can hit some hurdles along the way. We can become involved in a project at any stage to identify and discover the cause of the issues and develop solutions to get the project back on track.
